Execellent location, within 10 minutes walk from JR Sakuragicho station. Situated conveniently INSIDE the Landmark Tower, walking distance to all sorts of entertainment, restaurants, bars and shopping area. The hotel itself is fabulous, I don't quite agree it being five star, but I think its close to it. Hotel staff are extremely polite and they all speak fluent English. Rooms... more

The PanPacific is a great hotel in most respects. Lobby and rooms are first-rate, modern, airy and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic. The hotel is located in the Minatomirai district right next to the train and metro station with the same name. The only complaint I had was the staff, which was not overly helpful.
