Ok, lets see the facts. The rpice for this hotel is ridiculous, better go to the nice, small and reasonable priced hotels in Hoi An. However, this is a good hotel. We spent two nights at this resort and it was not enough time. One could spend a lifetime here. We had the Chill Out on China Beach package which cost about $90 per night per person plus taxes.
