We stayed one night at the Saffran Hotel on our self-drive tour of Turkey. We had a problem finding it - the position shown on Google maps is incorrect, so the directions were too! Just close your eyes and order any item from the menu. Everything is sublime. Real ottoman cusine (Not Turkish) . Wort wisiting during Ramadan. Almond Pilaf is more than anything you ever tasted.... more
