We were extremely glad that we chose Leader Village over the Grand Formosa as our base in the Taroko Gorge. We stayed two nights at the C'est Jeune, sold on it by its #1 position on Trip Advisor. It is a simple hotel, probably the equivalent of 3 stars in the US, but it's clean, comfortable, and quiet.
