The executive rooms are on the 16th and 17th floors. They feature some sort of synthetic floor that is far cleaner than carpet, a glass desk and an in-room fax/printer/copier with direct phone line. It is a very nice hotel, and I do not recognize the negative reviews being given. It is not the Sheraton, however that is also to be seen in the price. Rooms are average and dated. Restaurants are ok, especially the kosher Japanese, but breakfast is not as good as at other Tel Aviv hotels.
