We were moved to the Sofitel following their sister Hotel the Pullman not being completed in time for our stay. Stayed 7 days here. Had a favourable impression upon check in, when I and my other two mates were dealt with courteously and promptly. A tasty 'Welcome Drink' was on hand which was a nice touch. (Later learnt that there was a 40 gallon drum of the stuff on hand tucked away in the luggage room next to reception!) Although... more

We spent some time reading all the reviews on this site for the hotel before we booked our holiday, and therefore were a little cautious as to what to expect.
