We have visited Tunisia and Morocco before so had an idea of what might await us in Egypt, we were not disappointed and if anything pleasantly surprised by our time here. Having read other reviews on Trip Advisor we were so looking forward to our stay. But if you are English - beware!! Having specifically requested a DOUBLE room and also faxing the hotel with the same request it was so disappointing to be presented with twin beds !!! On complaining to reception their remedy was to simply push two beds... more

We were impressed with the decor of this hotel but felt it was mainly geared towards families and Russians. Food was mediochre and never very hot. There was a choice of meals but you still had to be careful what you ate to avoid stomach upsets. Best to avoid the salad buffet altogether and check the meat dishes are hot,... more
