I stayed at this hotel because read in this site that they have English speaking staff. I was not disappointed! They were very welcoming and help me to find my way around the city. I often stay at the CSA International Hotel (formerly Kempinsky) while on business trips to Urumqi. As has been stated in earlier reviews, this hotel is no longer part of the Kempinski chain and is instead owned by China Southern Airlines (CSA).
