Woke up 3am due to a strange noise in the room but was able to change room within 10 mins. Great service from the front desk lady who personally ensure everything is ok with the new room. Guys from concierge are prompt with arranging for taxi. Will be back again. more
This was an excellent find!! We stayed in a lovely room on an upper floor and with a big bathroom. The staff was very helpful, the amenities were good and sucurity. When visiting China, we would recommend this hotel. more
