A new (12 months) hotel located in the "centre" of town, if Dongguan actually has a centre. Located in restful gardens and waterfalls, great staff, friendly, most English speaking and very helpful. Swimming pool and other amenities that the guest wants. The hotel is big, but it doesnt feel big, it still has that welcoming helpful attitude of smaller hotels.... more
The hotel itself is as good as a good international hotel. But the service makes it an amazing place to stay. I had 2 heavy problems around my stay : a ATM took my credit card 5h before my return flight, and an important parcel that i sent from there never arrived. I stayed here twice between Nov and Dec 2009 , totally for 9 nights . The rooms are well appointed . Executive floor is unique in its hospitality . In the evenings I could even get some fresh vegetables cooked for me . Some Indian dishes on the ala carte / buffe would give more comfort to 100 5 vegetarian... more
