Very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble for them. Mekong view rooms at the front of the hotel could occasionally be slightly noisy with traffic, but at night all was quiet. Releaxed and friendly, just a few minutes walk from the centre of the relaxed and friendly town. more

Second time to Luang Prabang. First and last time at The Change Heritage Hotel Unfriendly sour faced staffs including management. Front Desk Clerks method of greeting is to stare suspiciously with their mouths opened. Manager couldn’t give a darn if we reported a problem. He’s there for his paycheck and nothing more. Across the road from the Mekong River and a hop skip and a jump away from the main drag (5-7 mins walk), this hotel is located in a great area.
