Having booked trough a reputed agency, Gulliver, we had excelent realtionship quality-price the whole tour, but in Mandalay, at the Emerald Inn. Perfect place to relax after a day exploring Mandalay area. Restaurant with serves very good food (especially Indian). Great swiming pool area, beautiful teak building with awesome decoration, good internet conection.
