Outstanding hotel in all respects. Lobby and bar staff friendly and helpful. Wonderful little restaurant with excellent cuisine. A small, intimate hotel in upscale resedential neighborhood. A bit of a walk to city center, but a good way to get a feeling for more of the city than than if centrally located. more

Firstly, it has to be said that this is a return visit, so something must have been right the first time! Probably the usual combination of location, price and the staff. Rooms, it has to be said, are variable, and guests have to ask to see theirs before checking in. I booked a "suite" for $85, and the first room... more

“A Great Choice in a Historic Area Overlooking the Harbor”

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were very large. The inside of the hotel was classic and historic. The food was ok, but I ate out most of the time. It is located on a road that over looks the harbor; nice for walks. more
