Would never have gone if Chez Albert wasn't booked up. Really great food, on the expensive side for Amherst but gargain-priced compared to equal food in New York or Chicago. Be sure to plan for one of their great soups and chocolate desserts. more

I get to go here about every 4 months because of travel, and it's consistently great dining. The menu is always different based on the season and special ingredients available. Not terribly expensive and a real bargain compared to equivalent food in big cities. more
