Romania is not yet wholly tourist friendly; and all the better for that. The most obvious issues are a lack of street signs, proper safe pavements, catering for non-smokers and familiarity with the english lanquage. a nice old building ,right to the old citycenter , a little expensive for the services provide , the staff was very polite , near to subway , buses , shops , cafe. more

Best hotel I have stayed-in in a long time. Two nights for 96EUR and it was even better value than the price suggests. Staff were very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
