As a stopover for 3 days on our way to Thailand to visit rellies, we (self, missus and 11YO daughter) we booked this hotel on the basis of the TA results here. Exceptional service, and that "welcome home" greeting that we received every time we came through the front door, should have been enough to convince us to to stay... more

I made my booking for the Quincy at the last minute. Initially, the hotel's online booking engine was not working, so I tried contact by email. After a few hours, the web engine was restored, and I made my booking directly. Just after booking through the web, I received a reply to my email with an offer for S$10 less.... more

We recently stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment complete with kitchen. The main bedroom had a king sized bed and en-suite, the second twin beds and the third a double bed. The apartment had a good kitchen (although the swinging door into it was very annoying),dining setting for six. Once settled in we noticed we had received a gift basket... more
