I was staying there in Dec. 09 for 11 days, in a superior-room and everything was fine. Hot-water was always available, TV, Air-Condition also ok. We had a fantastic stay at this resort and enjoyed the specious suit very much. Although some minor setbacks with the room key, which where addressed by the staff to our satisfaction.
