the staff service was good, i cant say excellent though. some of them hv a hard time understanding our spoken english and we end up either trying to converse to them in malay or speaking english v.v.v.slowly. the restaurent's food was bad, breakfast buffet was bad, the bread was stale, n cakes had flies on them. fruits were fresh though.... more

Loved this hotel. Even though pricey, you get enough for what you pay. Staff is very and helpful. Food is good and enough choices available in one hotel. The pool is beautiful. Will definitely come back here. more

The hotel is very convenient to the airport, being only a few minutes drive away. For this reason, my partner and I stayed at the property overnight before flying out from the airport.
