Room was very spacious for my daughter and I. Bathroom was roomy, but water pressure was a problem...I only had luke warm water for shower...but this is Lhasa, 12,000 above sea level! Internet wasn't free, and connection was very slow. Breakfast was surprising fulfilling. . This hotel was within walking distance to Bokor Street and in the Tibetan shopping area.... more

Initially, the hotel makes a good impression, but the longer you stay there the less you will enjoy it. The first thing you must know is that scheduled operating times mean nothing.. Breakfast is scheduled from 6:30 to 10:30, but if you arrive after 9:15 or so there is no food left and the staff will tell you "breakfast over"... more

Stayed here for 4 nites as part of a package tour - we hit about 10 cities in China (including Tibet) and this hotel was the in the top 2 of our entire trip. It is easily the nicest hotel in Lhasa that we saw. Great rooms (almost like Mandalay in Vegas) and roomy and super nice and helpful staff.... more
