We stayed 3 nights at the Sofitel in Karnak Luxor. By arriving at the airport we met a taxidriver Ahmed Helmy car no (246). he drove us to the hotel and we made an arrangment with him to visit all the attractions in luxor. Well, the previous reviewer is obviously just a complainer as I found the hotel absolutely fabulous - yes there are ongoing renovations but these are well organised and caused us no hassle at all.
