This was an unexpected find in Brazzaville -- a trendy boutique hotel, complete with free wi-fi. The rooms are modern, and the bathrooms probably better than anything else you could hope to find in the Rep. of Congo. Breakfast could have been better, but that's a relatively minor complaint.
