I spent 6 month in total in this hotel by several occasions. Even the staff is acting as in top luxury hotel, the services are just awful. Specially the staff on front desk including the front desk manager is totally incompetent. The gave me wrong invoice several times, so if you're in the rush, be ready to spent at least... more

I spent there 3 weeks, I give it 4 stars as a comparison to other Hotels in Kinshasa! The hotel is managed by Indians. Rooms are without a fridge Mr. Amin( if he is still there!) will ask you for 10$/night extra to put a fridge, say NO! and he will give to you for free. you can negotiate about... more

I have stayed in Grand Hotel Kinshasa in several occasions in the past few years.
