As soon as I saw the room I had allocated I tried to upgrade. Still my room was ancient almost. Aircon dripped. Never fixed. For an extra 60 USD per night upgrade I got limited extras. I double paid for breakfast because it was already in my first package - and they wouldn't refund one breakfast a day. Too stingy... more
