The hotel was fantastic, from the front desk, to the pool men to the room cleaners and whatever whenever phone person. I have no complaints about this hotel. I stayed 7 nights and came to know it well. Nice restaurant - good value for money. Helpful staff (mostly Pakistani or Filippino) and waiters/waitresses. Comfortable, air-conditioned rooms. Great shower. They will call taxis for you if you only ask. It is a little far from Doha's new CBD, but there are plenty... more

The standard of the room was very poor. There was a leak in the bathroom, the toilet leak caused water all over the floor. There was no hot water We found a mouse in our room. The cleaning staff were helpul but there was no apology or acknowledgement from the management more
