Large, spacious and comfortable room, with fruit basket placed in there on arrival, nice gesture. Free wireless Internet access available both in rooms and lobby area. Iron and ironing boards available on request, which is great when you are travelling around with a suitcase stuffed full of crushed clothing. This hotel is for me the best hotel in Ha Long Bay, but still need improvement on followings: - room cleaning service - service in restaurant really needs more training - vietnamese food is far away from authentic Positive: - very nice lobby design - nice room more

My husband organised the whole honeymoon and told me we were doing a boat trip in northern Vietnam but I didnt really pass much remarks or get too excited. Until I got to Halong Bay We were collected from our hotel in Hanoi at 8.30am and the driver took our lives into his hands with the driving that he did.... more
