Booked for a anniversary celebration. Service was poor - 20 minutes before a waitress come for a drinks order! Food was badly cooked, plonked on the plate very uninspiring. Training ...... what training or maybe what supervision??? The ambience is lovely but the positive experience ends there! more

We spent the last night of our trip at Okapuka Ranch before flying home and we wish we had stayed a few days more. The ranch has a lovely setting just 40km out of Windhoek and we had a nice, basic but spacious and comfortable thatched room. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night at Erongo Wilderness Lodge - we could have spent so much longer. Definitely an equal favourite of our trip. The setting is absulutely spectacular, the rooms beautiful and the staff absolutely wonderful.
