Hotel is around £170 per night and although it does the trick, is nowhere near what you would expect for that kind of money. Seems safe enough and is close to the presidents palace, but just not worth the money. more
I stayed at The Congress for four nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The facility was well kept.
