Just took a family vacation to Silverwood over the 4th of July weekend. We expected it to be mobbed with people. It was busy but not to bad. We went to Silverwood for the first time on Thursday, 7/3. We didn't want to deal with crowds on July 4th, and were initially concerned about possible crowds on the 3rd, but were pleasantly surprised. The amusement park side was not busy at all. I have been going to Silverwood for around 6 years and have watched it grow and change. Yes the prices went up (as have everyones) yes there are lines for the major attractions (Timber Terror, Tremors, Thunder Canyon, Log Flume). This is still not a Disney $150 entry fee...it's $36 last i checked and under $90 for a season pass... more
