Our family stayed in F7 from Dec. 25, 2008 thru January 6, 2009. The condo was well appointed (moreso than the one next door as far as nice kitchen accoutrements) and right on the private beach. Don't waste your time or money on this one. Yea the one hour of actual sailing was ok but we spent 30 minutes motoring out and another 30 minutes motoring back in. We have now stayed at the Mahana three times for 15+ days each and loved it . We did have a challenging time though, this 3rd visit, with parents not watching their kids there - it made part of our stay unpleasant at times.
