I'd like to say first that I stayed in a premium room. There was no hot water in the shower, no bathroom lighting, hair in the shower and all along the head of the bed platform between the mattress/platform bed against the wall. We stayed at the Windsor on a Friday night before an early Saturday morning road race in a nearby town. We were kept awake the majority of the night (until after 2:30am) due to the noise in the bar. This was our first stay at a Bed & Breakfast. Our experience with any other B&B will not come close to this one. Kim and Susan could not be more attentive or friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The breakfasts were wonderful. Each morning Susan had homemade muffins, a different variety every morning.... more
