Owner/manager proudly pointed to remodeling recently completed: new surfacing and painting. Maybe this was to divert my attention from lavatory faucet that practically needed a block and tackle to turn on, those same old scratchy towels others have complained about for the past two years(a little Downy would probably do wonders), no hot water at 9:30 p.m., room temperature below... more
