This is a very nice hotel with a friendly staff - both hotel and staf is very polish, but that's what you came to Poland to experience, right ;o) Beware of danish bus-tourist, they are very annoying (danish myself). more
We ordered our business room on the hotel's website, but when we arrived, the 'businessroom' wasn't a businessroom at all. It's just a standard room like any other, but with 'extra services'. Got more than we paid for- Eur 192 for 7 days. Room was quiet clean warm spacious and bed comfortable but got extra pillows. Enjoyed sauna & free computer room. Staff were polite and helpful-had no problems like other guests. Did not use restaurant The lobby was smoky as others have said due to smoking areas. Need better air filtering... more
