I had a nice and pleasant stay at Holiday inn, Brno. The hotel looked brand new even after 15 years. Pros Nice and clean Contemporary decor and feel Gift shop, Car rental, Gym etc. Friendly (Though sometimes a bit confused) staff Much Better than average Holiday Inns. Cons A little far from the city centre Nothing extravagant or luxurious. more

Best Western Premier Hotel International

A lovely hotel, right in the heart of Brno, within easy walking distance to the old centre. Can be a bit tricky to get to by car due to the traffic system if you are driving. Friendly staff. Tea/coffee brought free of charge to your room on request. Food good. I would stay there again. more

I stayed for one night in Zlin, and this hotel (means Dark Bear in english) was booked for me. I was expecting a typical business hotel and was pleasantly surprised.
