worst holiday experience ever, the hotel is full of young drunken germans that hurl abuse at the british, the side street the hotel is on has prostitues and 2 dodgy clubs on the street in also full of used condoms, our view was overlooking a run down area of arenal, the staff at the hotel were not helpful at all... more

Before going I was a little worried as most reviews state that this hotel is in a very German part of the island. My wife and I thought we had escaped Germany to enjoy some nice relaxing warm weather. We did get the nice weather, but felt like we never left Germany.
