We stayed at the Schloss Bensberg for X-mas and had a wonderful time! The room (a Kurfuersten suite) was very beautiful and spacious and provided us with everything we needed. Magnificient & impressive building, brilliant & luxury room (biggest room ever), very nice and helpful staff, top service. We stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world, but this one was by far the most excellent one. We never met such a kind & helpful staff before. For sure we come back next year. more
