“Relaxing vacation at a low-volume resort”

This is a resort far from the typical commercialized "Cancun-like" resort. Majority of tourists are from Europe (Spain, Portugal, Germany, Hungary) and Canada (Ontario, Quebec). Staff is very polite and courteous. Most speak at least some English. On one occasion, one receptionist didn't speak English at all. Staff needs to be educated on mainating privacy when a person wants to relax and be left alone. Was being harrased by staff (front desk and secuity) Stafff was totally intrusive and If what I experienced were to happen in the United States I would have pursued a lawsuit.
