Arrived mid arvo from airport. What a welcome when we walked into reception. Friendly, upbeat and painless. Advised of a free upgrade to 1 bedroom apartment. Stayed for one night on business. Room and en suite very small, shower very poor. Check in average, staff appeared disorganised. Towels had a very unpleasant odour.
