We stayed here for 3 nights in early April and this rated as one of the best value for money hotels in our month-long tour around New Zealand. My wife and I stayed in Unit 4. IWe sat on the balcony in the sun with a nice chilled white wine and watched the sun going down over Queenstown. I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Queenstown twice. Once for work (5 Nights) and because I loved the town that much we came back again for a holiday and stayed there again.
