At the first look the hotel seems nice and different but only the latter seem to confirm once you check in. The reception people are not particularly friendly. Wow, what can I say about this property? I can say that, as it was our first stop in New Zealand, it ruined all other hotel stays for us on our trip. I stayed at the Pavilions hotel last month and found it to be really lovely, it was quite and warm and the rooms were clean and smelt great, the reception staff were very helpful, we enjoyed our meals there and the bar was very friendly,our family even made some new friends, i have all ready told my friends about this... more
