I can't believe such a hotel chain can deliver such poor customer service. We had booked a suite room (valued at $750) on 24/10/09 to stay for one night on 21/11/09 for our first wedding anniversary and was shocked to receive a phone call from Hilton at 5pm on 21/11/09 that room had electrical issues and was unavailable for us.... more

Came to Sydney exactly 2 years ago & stayed in the Radisson, which was lovely, but when we visited the Rocks, which we did often & saw this hotel, we said then that if we ever came back we'd stay there!
