We're pretty adventurous and not particularly picky travelers and maybe we hit them on a bad week but we found the staff polite but singularly unhelpful. We had heard so much about Ventana and we were looking forward to staying there. We were not disappointed - the location is amazing, in the middle of the woods with an ocean view. The restaurant has reopened and was terrific - if you sit outside, you have an ocean view. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and wonderful walking... more
