This small hotel is a short walk from the train station and a grocery store, in a pedestrianized area of central Genk. The propietors are charming and friendly, as is their dog. We made a reservation for a breakfast lunch in the Carbon Hotel for 4 persons. Friday morning we arrived and mention our reservation (after waiting some time before someone takes the initiative to serve us ). Only three tables in the restaurant are taken at that time.
