This used to be our go to place to eat in Kinsale, but after having had couple bad episodes with a combo of poor service, unexpected poor standard of food and what seems to be a slide downward in the care factor, they will no longer have our business as a special occasion group eatery. more

Excellent B & B and worthy of its 4 stars. We stayed for two nights. We would not hesitate to stay at Waterlands again and have already recommended it to the local friends we were visiting. We stayed at the hotel for a weekend - disappointed just about sums it up.
