As already mentioned ... it is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the rooms are really tastefully furnished and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect with being in the middle of Wernigerode. If I will get back to Wernigerode I'll definitely stay there again. more
This is a fantastic hotel; the room we stayed in was large, nicely finished and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom.
