We stayed at this hotel 6.12.09 to 10.12.09. Alovely warm clean comfortable hotel. Beautifully decorated for christmas, the rooms even had advent calendars. This is not a 4 star quality, although you pay for it. Upon arrival, there was no one to help with the baggage, except a very young female clerk who was most unknowledgeable and no self-respecting male would watch her load 4 large suitcases for delivery to the room.
