Not a particularly inviting hotel. Food very poor, family room very small with put u up bed in it. Very noisy in the evening and quite unhelpful staff. Would not recommend or stay there again more

Booked through Erna Low travel. The triple room we had booked was not available. We were given a sagging camp bed which only fitted in tiny room by putting chairs on balcony. We had booked full board but were told by other diners "just order the soup". Sure enough, food was inedible. When we complained to the rep he said... more
Hotel was good but a few silly problems like no light bulb in the bathroom, but quickly fixed. Staff very friendly. The only bad issues we had is that our room was next door to the boot room, on the ground floor, so therefore, had a lot of banging of boots (to remove snow) on metal grate before you enter... more
