Chose this hotel because it was close to the site of my business and on a list of nearby hotels. The location requires a cab to drive about a kilometer down one way streets to get back to a major thoroughfare. Staff has different levels of competence in English. This is a new build apartment hotel that opened in late 2009. Unfortunately my stay was marred by a number of teething problems which is why I recommend waiting.
