The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. I was overcharged on my room. The staff aside from giving good directions does not know what they are talking about. We booked in advance, checked in via the auto-system on arrival and have no complaints whatsoever. Can understand why some found it difficult to locate precisely but the secret is to pick up and follow the "ZI Chapeau Rouge" signs.
