We recently needed to book a party venue for my husband's 50th birthday. We chose Eclectick on Fore Street, Ilfracombe and what a fantastic choice! The pleasant surroundings of the restaurant & bar were perfect for our party of 20. The buffet food was plentiful and delicious and the hosts Geoff and Chrissie couldn't have been more accommodating and attentive.... more

We chose this hotel as it had good write ups, and supposedley as it was a 4 star hotel. We have stayed in many hotels world wide but none as bad as this.
