Very clean and good location. Bed Room very small. Leisure centre very poor - a glorified hot tub, needs a major facelift. Breakfast room very functional - decor more like an Italian cafe in the 1960s. Not conducive to a relaxing luxury breakfast. Restaurant food very good.
