One week cost almost STG1000 for a superior double room including breakfast. Situated on the Douglas promenade, the room had a spacious veranda overlooking an astounding atrium. Service was excellent and staff extremely courteous. We enjoyed our stay very much and we were lucky with the weather as well...it only rained once during the whole week! The island is spectacular.... more

Our double room was just about big enough for the bed with nowehere to sit comfortably. Priced at good hotel rates but definitely not worth the money. Owners obviously doing up but a long way to go. Fortunately got good weather so didn't need to spend too much time in the room. more

We had booked an early breakfast (continental) for 7.00 as we had to check into the ferry terminal by 8.00am. On going down to the dining room we found it in semi darkness and no signs of anyone, we waited till 7.20 then went to reception, she found our booking and went to see the chef. Eventualy at 7.40 someone... more
